Pasta Salad

150g Cooked pasta shapes

Salad vegetables  – Max of 5
Protein foods – Max of 3
Oily dressing – 4 Tbsp e.g. mayo
Method
  1. On a chopping board, prepare the vegetables by peeling / slicing / chopping into  bite sized pieces – place in a mixing bowl
  2. Prepare the protein foods (THESE MUST BE COOKED, NOT RAW!)
  3. Add to the vegetables
  4. Add the dressing of your choice and combine well
  5. Add the pasta to your salad mixture and gently fold in, return the pasta salad to your container
  6. Chill in the fridge

*Reminders*

•DO – Cook the pasta first at home, add a tsp of oil, shake and put into the fridge in your container
•DO NOT-prepare any vegetables at home!
•DO NOT-Forget to cook meat/chicken!
